Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Each item is made specially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please read our policy below.


Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will replace it or issue a refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item/problem

Print-On-Demand Policy

All items are printed to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please check size charts carefully before purchasing.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.


Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost.
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local courier first. After that, reach out to us and we will assist.


Returns

We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
We cannot accept returns for sizing issues or custom-made items in good condition.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved due to damage or error, we cover the reshipment cost.
